About

Kirsten Sullivan earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Washington University in 2017 and has been part of The Covington Clinic P.C. ever since. Working alongside her father, Michael James Covington, DC, she has helped support the growth of the family practice while focusing on creating a positive experience for patients and staff alike.

Originally from Utah, Kirsten moved to Washington in high school and later married her high school sweetheart. She is a proud mom of two young children and briefly stepped away from the clinic while raising her family. During that time, she attended beauty school and became a licensed esthetician, combining her passion for wellness with her love for all things beauty and skincare before returning to her role in clinic operations and management.

In her free time, Kirsten enjoys reading and golfing, and values spending quality time with her family and friends.
